this month...

1) i will go to the gym at least 15 times.
2) i will be a little bit more honest, with others and with myself.
3) i will fulfill my 30-day vegetarian pledge.
4) i will actually do my work, and study, and get back on track.
5) i will keep the flat clean[er].
6) i will stop hitting snooze.
7) i will get to bed before midnight on weekdays.
8) i will not be late to class.
9) i will go one week without speaking.
10) i will take off my make up before i go to bed.

[things i am too cowardly to put upon this list: stop putting self down, remember to take meds, write what i really feel, say what i really feel, tell the boys everything, realize how insignificant everything is, realize how everything is everything, realize how everything just is.]

I need to do most everything on this list, too. In general, I guess it's all about being healthy: the exercise, the eating better, the sleeping, the self-love, the honesty, the taking meds. Often we prevent health, just trying to satisfy ourselves. (Thank you Veruca Salt for your wisdom.)

I've been trying to make the move from vegetarian to vegan for a while now. Sheesh, it's hard. But I know it will be so worth it. Have you read Skinny Bitch?
